You agree to use this portal only for its intended academic and administrative purposes. Specifically, you must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the portal
• Use the portal respectfully and in accordance with all applicable laws
• Refrain from uploading, sharing, or transmitting harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to use
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or interfere with the portal

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. This means you must:

• Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone
• Immediately notify the administration at portal@msaukkuda.org if you suspect unauthorised access
• Log out of shared or public devices after each session
• Ensure that any device used to access the portal is reasonably secured

This portal is a tool to support your academic journey. You agree to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity, including:

• Not misrepresenting your attendance, grades, or academic records
• Not assisting others in fraudulently using the portal
• Respecting the intellectual property of the institution, faculty, and fellow students

The institution reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the portal at any time, with or without prior notice, if a user is found to be in violation of these terms. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Repeated or serious violations of the acceptable use policy
• Providing false registration information
• Actions that compromise the security or integrity of the portal
• Withdrawal or completion of enrolment at the institution

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or institutional policies. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the portal after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
